Toronto Mayor meets with construction industry to address racist incidents

While Toronto, like many other cities, was addressing race and reckoning this summer, several nooses appeared at construction sites. Mayor John Tory met with industry leaders to address racism within it, and to help it become a leader in fighting anti-Black racism. Matthew Bingley reports.
