‘I’m disgusted by it’: Brandon officer reacts following arrest in “racial altercation,” stabbing

Staff Sgt. Bill Brown with the Brandon Police Service said Friday he was “disgusted” by an attack at a skate park in the city, which onlookers described as a “racial altercation.” He said the violence was “not acceptable.”
