COVID-19: Alberta’s top doctor open to updating safety protocol recommendations in schools if necessary

In a one-on-one interview on Global News Hour at 6, Alberta’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw explains what factors she’s monitoring to determine if safety protocols in the province’s schools need to be adjusted at any point in the school year. Hinshaw spoke as children head back to class during the COVID-19 pandemic.
