Ontario Premier Doug Ford took a swipe at the head of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, Harvey Bischof, on Wednesday over criticism of his government’s back-to-school plan, saying he would listen to health officials rather than “some guy with a degree in English literature.”
