Asked what he would say to the family of Jacob Blake, the Black man shot by law enforcement, U.S. President Donald Trump said he “feels terribly for anyone that goes through that,” but said the shooting was under investigation. Trump said he had not met with Blake’s mother while in Kenosha, Wis., but said he has spoken to the family’s pastor. Blake was left paralyzed after being shot seven times in the back by a police officer.
