U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Stephen Hahn on Sunday said there has been no political pressure to fast-track a COVID-19 vaccine before the presidential election without fully testing it. He did not, however, rule out an emergency use authorization for a vaccine before clinical trials are finished.
