Coronavirus: Kelowna’s Bernard Avenue closure coming to an end

Kelowna’s Bernard Avenue closure program is winding down.
The controversial program designed to help restaurants expand their patios while maintaining social distancing during COVID-19 met with mixed reviews early on from business owners on Bernard.
Now with the patio program set to end next week everyone wants to know if the City of Kelowna will do it again next summer.
