U.S. Democratic presidential candidate and former vice-president Joe Biden delivered a speech in Pittsburgh, Pa. on Monday, where he denounced violence and the destruction of property amid ongoing anti-racism protests across the country, saying: “I want to make it absolutely clear, rioting is not protesting, looting is not protesting.”
