Ontario Premier Doug Ford said Monday he “can’t understand” the decision by Ontario teachers’ unions to file a labour board challenge over the province’s school reopening plans, saying he is “begging” for the unions to work with his government. Ford said his government has done everything the teachers’ unions asked for and accused them of wanting “to cause trouble.”
