Montreal police open investigation into the toppling of John A. Macdonald statue

The City of Montreal has taken the John A. Macdonald statue away for repairs after protesters toppled it on Saturday. Police haven’t yet made any arrests in connection with the incident, but they have opened up what they are calling a mischief investigation. Global’s Kwabena Oduro reports.
