Growing fears that the backlog for road tests in B.C. will not be cleared before some learner’s licences expire

Many people trying to take their road tests with ICBC in Metro Vancouver are having to wait months to even book an appointment. And for some holding a learner’s licence, there are concerns their permit will expire before they can even secure an exam.
