Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba’s chief public health officer said on Friday that an outbreak has been declared at Rideau Park Personal Care Home in Brandon after a health-care worker tested positive. He added the risk is assessed to be low but the site has been moved to the Red (critical) level on the Pandemic Response System.
