Erin O’Toole, the new leader of the Conservative Party, on Tuesday defended his past voting record on Bill C-225, which would have given legal rights and status to unborn fetuses. O’Toole said he is pro-choice and that “Cassie and Molly’s bill” was more about women’s safety, in his opinion.
