U.S. President Donald Trump returned to his 2016 claim that the presidential election was “rigged” if he does not win, saying that Democrats were trying to “steal” the election using mail-in ballots. He also once again accused the Democrats of “spying” on his campaign, falsely claiming that former President Barack Obama was involved, despite both Congressional or Justice Department investigations finding no evidence to support that accusation.
