Plea issued to federal government to deal with Vancouver’s homelessness crisis

The homelessness situation in the city has deteriorated so badly that the Mayor of Vancouver and two NDP politicians have teamed up, writing an open letter to the federal government. They’re pleading with them to enter into a cost-sharing agreement with the province and the city to create more housing stock. Jordan Armstrong reports.
