Ford says he has 100 per cent confidence federal government will fund 40 per cent share of subway proposal

While announcing a $28.5 billion subway proposal on Wednesday, Ontario Premier Doug Ford was asked about the federal government funding a 40 per cent share, saying he has 100 per cent confidence in them to help fund the proposal, adding “we just haven’t seen the cheque.”
