Belarus president says Western powers should focus on their own problems

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on Wednesday asked Western countries not to “nod at Belarus” and to concentrate on their own problems after being criticized by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron over his violent handling of peaceful protests happening across the country.
