Conservative MP Pierre Poilievre reacted to reports Tuesday that Chrystia Freeland would take over as finance minister following Bill Morneau’s departure. He pointed out that Freeland had chaired the cabinet committee that awarded the Canada Student Service Grant to WE Charity and said her appointment would not represent a sea change in the Trudeau administration.
