Andrew Cuomo on Monday spoke about how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the country and showed why government and leadership mattered, going on to say the country needs a leader to “unify not divide” to help them through the pandemic and that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden “is that man.”
