Public health officers to spot check B.C. banquet hall events this weekend

Public health authorities will be on the move this weekend – monitoring private parties and banquet hall events.
After yet another surge in COVID- 19 cases in our province, B.C.’s Health Minister gave a stern warning – taking aim at those large gatherings. But as Sarah MacDonald reports banquet hall operators say they’re following protocol and should be allowed to host larger gatherings.
