U.S. President Donald Trump said that Kevin Clinesmith, a former FBI attorney is expected to plead guilty for falsifying a document as part of a deal with prosecutors investigating criminal inquiry of the Russia investigation. According to Clinesmith’s lawyer, he had agreed to plead guilty for altering an email from the C.I.A. which was relied on by investigators to seek renewed court permission in 2017 for a secret wiretap on former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
