Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam said on Thursday that while it was difficult to determine whether a potential “fall peak” of COVID-19 would indeed take place, she stressed how well they control COVID-19 currently will determine the probability of such a peak, adding “the fate is in our hands.”
