Some Midtown Toronto neighbours upset with increased incidents of crime, blame nearby shelters

Some residents in Midtown Toronto say politicians let them down by permitting the instalment of temporary homeless shelters in their community. As Sean O’Shea reports, they cited increased reports of crime and drug use, and the arrest of a shelter resident on weapons charges.
