During a briefing on Monday at the White House, U.S. President Donald Trump said that “half a million incorrect, absentee ballot applications” for the upcoming presidential election were apparently sent out all over Virginia. The president said that some of those were sent to people who had died and he also claimed some were sent “to pets; dogs.”
