The Canadian government is offering additional humanitarian aid to CUTBeirut Lebanon following the Beirut explosion that killed more than 150 and wounded more than 5,000. The financial aid is going straight to humanitarian organizations rather than the Lebanese government. Morganne Campbell has more in this report.
