Freeland says retaliatory tariffs looking to have the ‘strongest possible impact’ on the U.S.

Speaking to reporters on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister of Canada Chrystia Freeland said the goal of newly-announced retaliatory tariffs on U.S. aluminium is to inflict the least damage on Canada while having the “strongest possible impact” on the United States.
