Childcare conundrum for September return to school

When B.C. Students return to the classroom in September, the province-wide ‘cohort’ system of schooling is supposed to help keep them safe from the coronavirus. But for families that depend on before- and after- school care, there is a very real danger those cohorts will mingle, rendering the whole system moot. Richard Zussman reports.
