One man has been airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre, following a crash on Bensfort Road, south of Assumption Road at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday.
According to witnesses, a car hit several hydro poles before ending up in the driveway of a home under construction. The downed hydro poles left some residents with no power for several hours.
Firefighters had to extricate the man out of the vehicle. OPP are investigating the cause of the crash.
