Hurricane Isaias hits Carolinas overnight with heavy winds, rain producing storm surges

Hurricane Isaias made landfall coastal Carolina late last night, and now the storm is taking aim at the mid-Atlantic region as well as the northeast. At least one person is dead and others are missing in Bertie County, North Carolina due to a tornado that was spawned by the storm.
