Watches and warnings are in place on much of the east coast of the U.S. for tropical storm Isaias Monday. The storm brushed past Florida over the weekend bringing strong winds and heavy rain. But it’s now baring down on North and South Carolina and they’re bracing for potentially a direct hit.
