Quebec is one step closer tonight to a return to normalcy. As of Monday, a maximum of 250 people will be allowed in indoor and outdoor public gatherings across the province. But one health care professional has started a petition urging the government to postpone the easing of restrictions. Global’s Olivia O’Malley has the story.
