A group of concerned Nova Scotia citizens is raising the alarm over the Windsor causeway’s continued threat to local fish stocks. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, another causeway is coming to the area as the provincial government twins Highway 101 – deepening their concerns that the Avon River ecosystem will suffer, again.
