‘We’re not there yet’: Atlantic bubble to stay closed as premiers disagree on popping date

Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil initially hoped to drop self-isolation requirements for all Canadians by mid-July or early August, in partnership with the rest of Atlantic Canada. But as Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, the region’s premiers have not agreed on a date for that policy as they grapple with fears and anxieties about COVID-19 within their own provinces.
