Looking for answers after Peterborough woman injured after falling into utility access hole

A Peterborough man is looking for answers after his wife fell through an improperly covered utility hole.
It happened near McDonnel and Donegal streets in Peterborough July 18th.
Now almost two weeks later and numerous phone calls, no one is taking responsibility for the incident.
