Some doulas are being told to stay out of Edmonton hospitals in spite of updated COVID-19 visitor policies, causing stress and frustration for expecting parents. It’s up to the charge nurse on the unit at the time and as Su-Ling Goh explains, some are turning doulas away and some are not.
