A five-alarm fire engulfed several commercial buildings in San Francisco, Calif., early on July 28, fire officials said. The San Francisco Fire Department said on Twitter the fire was burning at Folsom and 13th streets. Around 150 firefighters were at the scene, power in the area was cut to aid the response, and a number of residents were displaced, they said.
