Former WE Charity board ‘always understood’ speakers were not paid for WE Day: Douglas

WE Charity’s former board chair Michelle Douglas told a House of Commons committee on Tuesday that the board “always understood” speakers were not paid by WE Charity “or the related organizations to speak at WE Day,” and that the board “made direct inquiries on this issue.”
