B.C. premier concerned about COVID-19 caseload in Alberta, Washington state

During his weekly COVID-19 address on Thursday, Premier John Horgan spoke about his concern for the rising number of cases in nearby Alberta and Washington state. Horgan asked British Columbians to modify their behaviour to protect loved ones from the transmission of the virus.
