Most of Ontario has moved into stage three of its reopening plan. Restaurants and bars are allowing people back inside, but that doesn’t include Toronto. As Jeff Semple reports, as communities open up, it’s becoming clear that the indoor bar scene is uniquely suited to the spread of Covid-19.
