Ontario Premier Doug Ford outlined Monday the remaining regions of Ontario that would move on to Stage 3 of reopening on Friday, July 23, as the province attempts to recover from the novel coronavirus pandemic. Notably absent were Toronto, Windsor-Essex and Peel Region.
