Heroin public health crisis in Montreal

Montreal’s public health department has sent out two alerts recently because of a deadly purple heroin laced with fentanyl on the market right now. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, what’s even more concerning for health authorities, is the lack of Naloxone kits being provided to police.
