U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) defended Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on Tuesday saying that any attempt to undermine one of the country’s top doctors on the coronavirus task force would not be productive. He also expressed concern over hospital staff shortages and inadequate COVID-19 testing in his state of South Carolina, one of many reportedly seeing testing issues.
