Former U.S. vice-president and current presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Tuesday, in addition to announcing his climate plan, also released his State of the Environment justice policies stating his plan cannot in turn harm vulnerable communities, saying Black, Brown and Native American communities are most impacted by environmental harms in the process.
