Vancouver police investigate fatal shooting at Main Street and 48th Avenue

Vancouver police are investigating a fatal shooting near Main Street and 48th avenue. It happened last night just after 11 p.m. 30-year-old Amin Shahin Shakur was shot and died at the scene.
