Quebec Premier François Legault said he was shocked to learn about what happened to Norah and Romy Carpentier saying “I cannot believe that you can kill some children,” and ensured that the police will continue their efforts “to find the responsible.” The two girls were the subject of an Amber Alert last Wednesday until Saturday when their bodies were discovered in a small town near the province’s capital. Police are now searching for the girls’ father in the same sector where their bodies were discovered.
