Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Monday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he recently “highlighted” for U.S. President Donald Trump that it would be a “shame” to dampen the collective good-feeling around the introduction of the new-NAFTA by imposing tariffs on Canadian aluminium.
