Daniel Uhlfelder is a Florida lawyer who dressed up as the grim reaper back in May, visiting beaches to warn people about the threat of the coronavirus. Now, as Florida reported a record number of cases in a single day on July 12, he’s continuing to press the state governor for a statewide mask mandate.
