Vancouver Park Board to consider allowing overnight camping in parks

Homeless people in Vancouver may soon have city-approved spots to set up their tents overnight. The Park Board is considering allowing them to sleep in parks, but the idea doesn’t sit well with the Strathcona Business Improvement Association.
