Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NAID) said on Friday that there are still questions on aerosol transmission of COVID-19 but there is “likely some degree of it,” adding that the world learned “painfully” that COVID-19 is highly efficient in human-to-human transmission.
