‘Incidents’ of racism have been reported in every health region in B.C: Turpel-Lafond

Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond said Thursday, while providing an update on her investigation into allegations of racism in the B.C. health-care system, that she has received reports of “incidents” in every health region in the province.
